Relax deeply, reduce stress and boost wellbeing in the comfort of your own home as I play the crystal bowls just for you. If you're in need of time out for proper relaxation (perhaps you're finding it hard to relax even when you have the opportunity), book this gentle yet deeply restorative 1-to-1 online session with me. Rest and relaxation are vitally important for our health and wellbeing, so not only will this session help you feel wonderful during the time we spend together (online), you'll also receive seriously powerful health benefits for days and even weeks to come. You can think of it as a wonderful sonic massage for your mind, body and spirit! This session is delivered via Zoom, so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. Get as cosy as you can, with a blanket and cushions or even in your bed. Get your earbuds or headphones ready (so you experience the sound more powerfully) and let the crystal vibrations work their magic. After your Sound Bath, you'll feel lighter, calmer, more grounded and relaxed, and you'll have an audio recording of the session to help you stay that way. PLEASE NOTE: This session is not for dealing with specific problems. We'll keep our consultation chat to a minimum so that you get the maximum time for relaxation. I've designed these appointments to help you relax and let stress melt away. If you need more in-depth help or to discuss a specific issue, please book a free 15-minute consultation instead or as well (there's no need for a consultation before booking this relaxation session).
